Howlands has no cycle lanes, lots of parked cars and people driving fast. There is one school off of Howlands, Commonswood. There are also cycle paths either end of Howlands but nothing connecting them. A Cycle path the length of Howlands would improve access to other cycle paths, 2 or 3 primary schools and Stanborough and Redgeway Academy Schools.
